From Preparation to Confidence in Three Steps
As AI continues to evolve, a fundamental question emerges: how can large language models and AI agents meaningfully support the professionals who need them most? The answer, for us, began with a conversation.
Our collaborator Dr. Michelle Boisvert, a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist and co-founder of easyReportPRO, shared a challenge that resonates across the field: SLPs — whether newly graduated or seasoned practitioners — navigate dozens of IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings every month. In each meeting, they face a room of stakeholders with different priorities: parents, general education teachers, special educators, and sometimes individuals with legal backgrounds. Historically, preparation has relied on experience alone.
Meeting Prep AI was built to change that. In the high-stakes, high-stress environment of an IEP meeting, we believe every practitioner deserves a tool that helps them walk in prepared, confident, and ready for any question.
